A picturesque complex in Zakynthos, bearing the name Lioriza (Lióriza) Houses, inspired by a cultural traditional expression for the olive tree, translated as the root (‘riza’) of the tree. Four beautiful stone built cottages lay in rural area in Kalamaki, very close to the nearest homonymous beach, privileged to be protected by the National Marine Park of Zakynthos as an important nesting site of the Caretta caretta sea turtle. They are ready to transfer your spirit and body to the traditional way of living through their design, their calm and green surroundings.

Our Cottages
Lioriza Houses provide cozy interiors, while old olive trees, and a wildlife-friendly garden with drought tolerant plants adorn the surrounding area. Ideal for families and couples, each of them can accommodate up to 6 or 4 guests. The hosts of Lioriza Houses have harmonized the houses as much as possible to the local architecture and environment having a strong attachment to the unique character of rural Zakynthos.

The four beautiful cottages of Lioriza complex have a variety of amenities for your vacation. All houses are air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi, and private parking. Extra services such as cleaning and linen changing are also provided by the hosts, who are more than happy and available to assist you during your stay.
